If you run across this error message while browsing HTTPS sites there may be an easy solution available.
The most common issue we run across with this is anti-virus software providing a certificate as well, and it conflicts with the one the Cipafilter distributes. In order to check to see if you have the correct certificate, navigate to "Settings" in Chrome. Scroll down to "Show Advance Settings" then scroll to "Manage Certificates"
This is what you want to see, if you see something like Avast or AVG please disable the Web-shield protection on those products and the error should go away.
Another cause of this error is having a SHA-1 certificate instead of a SHA-2. If this is the case, please see the "Weak Signature Algorithm Errors" article listed below.
