Rover iPad Web Browser
Posted by Chris Cooper, Last modified by on 12 September 2013 10:28 AM

The Rover iPad web browser has recently changed its protocols to use some non-standard SSL connections, which are not allowed through the Cipafilter's Content Filter.

To allow Rover, the following changes need to be made (as per Rover Documentation from 2013-09-12):

Add the following to the appropriate group whitelists:

iswifter.com
theroverapp.net

Add the following IP address subnets to the Transparent Proxy Exceptions list (Internet Filtering -> Content Filtering -> Advanced Configuration tab):

67.214.208.0/20

199.91.168.0/22

208.85.144.0/21

199.182.120.0/22
